Momentum continues as another institutional investor backs Ownify. #### Welcoming Ground Squirrel Ventures to the Ownify Home Fund We’re excited to announce that Ground Squirrel Ventures (GSV) has made a significant investment in the Ownify Home Fund. In recognition of the size and long-term nature of their commitment, GSV also received equity participation in the Ownify operating company — a structure designed to tightly align incentives between the fund, the platform, and our shared mission. Ground Squirrel Ventures focuses on early-stage impact investments across the U.S. and emerging markets, backing companies that expand economic opportunity and build long-term resilience. Their investment reflects a shared belief in homeownership as a powerful wealth-building tool and confidence in Ownify’s ability to generate durable, risk-adjusted returns. Ground Squirrel Ventures joins a group of notable institutional investors backing Ownify across both its operating company and real estate fund, including Lobby Capital, Fortified Ventures, Unwritten Capital, Socially Financed, UI Charitable, and Realize Impact.
